  • Bustle does not provide professional services itself. All consultations, advice, or services are provided exclusively by the consultant.
  • The platform is intended to enable scheduling, communication, and secure payment processing, making interactions between users more convenient and efficient.
  • All financial transactions, including payments for services, refunds, or cancellations, occur directly between the customer and the consultant. Bustle acts solely as a facilitator.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the consultant’s service terms, refund policies, and cancellation rules before confirming any booking. This ensures that both parties are aware of their rights, obligations, and any applicable fees.
  • Bustle does not intervene in disputes regarding service quality, refunds, or cancellations beyond providing relevant transaction information or platform support.

Refunds for services booked through Bustle are governed by the individual policies of each consultant. Bustle facilitates the platform and payment processing but does not unilaterally issue refunds.

  • Platform Role: Bustle may process refunds only if explicitly specified within the consultant’s policy and facilitated through the integrated payment gateway. Otherwise, Bustle does not automatically initiate refunds.
  • Direct Communication: Customers must contact the consultant directly to request a refund, discuss eligibility, or resolve any disputes regarding the transaction.
  • Documentation: Users are encouraged to retain transaction receipts, booking confirmations, and correspondence with the consultant to assist in resolving refund requests efficiently.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers using Bustle may cancel their bookings in accordance with the consultant’s specific cancellation terms. Bustle acts as a facilitator and does not override individual consultant policies.

All financial transactions conducted through Bustle are processed securely via integrated third-party payment gateways to ensure safety, transparency, and reliability for both consultants and customers.

  • Platform Role: Bustle does not hold or manage user funds directly; our role is limited to facilitating the payment process between consultants and customers.
  • Assistance: In case of payment-related issues, Bustle can provide transaction details or booking history to assist in resolving disputes but does not intervene in refund or payment decisions beyond the consultant’s policy.

5. Dispute Resolution

Bustle facilitates interactions and payments between consultants and customers but does not act as a mediator in financial or service disputes.
