3. Account Security

• You agree to immediately notify Bustle of any unauthorized use of your account, suspected breach of security, or suspicious activity.

• We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at our discretion if we detect suspicious activity, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms.
• We may request additional verification documents at any time to ensure account authenticity and compliance with laws.

1. Payment Processing:

All payments on the Bustle platform are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways integrated with our Services. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party processors. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from their services.

2. Platform Fees and Subscriptions:

• Any applicable subscription fees, service charges, or transaction processing fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Consultant Payments:

• Payment terms, refund policies, and service pricing for consultations are set and governed by each individual consultant’s policies, not by Bustle.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to booking or making payments.

4. Price Revisions:

• Bustle reserves the right to revise platform pricing, subscription plans, or its overall payment structure at any time.
• Any changes to pricing will be communicated to users in advance, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

5. Taxes and Compliance:

• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory charges related to services they provide or purchase through Bustle.
• Consultants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local tax and financial regulations.

5. Refund Policy

1. Consultant Responsibility:

All refunds for consultations, bookings, or services are the sole responsibility of the consultant providing the service. Customers must review the consultant’s individual refund or cancellation policies prior to booking.

2. Platform’s Role:

Bustle acts only as a payment facilitator and is not directly responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated in writing. Refund decisions and timelines are determined entirely by the consultant.

3. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes, refund claims, or disagreements regarding service quality, cancellations, or payments must be resolved directly between the consultant and the customer.
• Bustle may provide limited mediation support by sharing booking and payment records but is not obligated to intervene or guarantee outcomes.

4. Exceptions:

In rare circumstances, such as technical errors resulting in incorrect charges, Bustle may review and issue a refund at its sole discretion.

5. No Platform Fee Refunds:

Any platform fees, subscription charges, or payment processing fees charged by Bustle are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Prohibited Use

By accessing or using Bustle, you agree not to engage in any activity that:

1. Illegal or Fraudulent Activity:

• Uses the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including impersonating another person or entity.

2. Security Violations:

• Attempts to hack, disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Bustle, its servers, user accounts, or related networks.
• Circumvents or attempts to bypass security measures, authentication systems, or access controls.

3. Malicious or Harmful Content:

• Uploads, shares, transmits, or distributes malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code.
• Posts or shares content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy laws, or contains illegal or defamatory material.

4. Harassment or Abuse:

• Engages in spamming, phishing, harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users or Bustle staff.
• Uses the Platform to send unsolicited advertisements or disruptive communications.

5. Misuse of Platform:

• Creates multiple fake accounts, uses automated bots, or exploits the Platform in a way that disrupts or degrades service performance.
• Misrepresents your identity, services, or professional qualifications.

Enforcement:

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, disable, or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice, and we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to address illegal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership:

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, content, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, source code, databases, designs, features, and functionalities of the Bustle platform (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of Baabuji Venturess Pvt Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for:

• Personal purposes as a customer
• Professional purposes as a consultant, in accordance with these Terms

This license does not grant you ownership rights or any rights to exploit Bustle’s Intellectual Property.

3. Restrictions:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Bustle’s content or technology without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or algorithms from the platform.
• Use any automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or interact with the platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding displayed on the platform.

4. Third-Party Rights:

Any third-party content, trademarks, or intellectual property featured on Bustle remains the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baabuji Venturess Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure procedures provided on the platform. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including pending payments or disputes.
